* To certain extent value for money. * Morning breakfast spread is really good. * Dayanand and Mani are supportive. * Food quality is good, but quality is very less and not worth. * Won’t serve any food after 10am, which is really bad experience for us. Since when you are in outing how can you expect closure @ 10 or order before 10 & keep it cold. * Need to arrange drinking water sufficient in the night & getting it is a challenge. * This resort located in between coffee estate which is kind of a forest. Which requires light in the night, management switches off lights by 11 to 12 pm, which is really scary when you are out in the night.

I stayed with my family over the weekend in this resort and i found it completely worth staying there.The staff was very cordial and the breakfast was good though less items were there but the food was served hot and tasty.Yes i would like to suggest on one thing that is the tea/ coffee which was being served that could have been more better if they had served it fresh as a live counter.As it was kept in the thermos.Rest was all good.

We were a group of 4 families with 6 children & this property was a great find on Agoda. The price was great too by Agoda & lower than the rack rate the property offered when I called them directly. Coming to the property, its just 2 years old & everything looks brand new. Location too is great & not too far from the Chikmaglur town. We picked the rooms with balcony & though the rooms are very comfortable it could have been a little bigger. All resort facilities are maintained well incl the swimming pool, indoor play areas, the camp fire areas & the restaurant. The staff are always available & it does give some sense of security with kids running about. We got the breakfast included plan & not the AP plan due to the holiday season. Breakfast spread was good & all the items on the lunch + dinner menu were very well made. Special shout out to the chef who was very friendly & catered to kids request without a fuss. They also obliged with pricing on kids stay cost which was great. Coming to the staff of the property, this left a lot to be desired. Most staff except a few were arrogant & rarely smiled. It started from the guy who checked us in & we could feel the coldness whenever we dealt with this front desk staff. The restaurant staff was the same too with the exception of the chef & 1 or 2 guys manning the desk who were very jovial. One wait staff even had the gall to argue with me on order placement time when there was a clear time gap from the time of my verbal order to the waiter vs when it was entered into his KOT system. However the housekeeping staff, the drivers, pursers & the ladies manning the gardens etc were very friendly & can teach a thing or two to the desk guys on how to deal with people & more so paying customers. Though we had planned to check out on time listed by the Hotel, there was pressure on us during check-out too with the same check-in guy calling the room to ensure we kept the time which I felt was condescending & rude. They should have made the effort to talk to us during morning breakfast to help with on-time check out & we would have definitely done so considering back to back bookings the property would have had due to holiday season. Other than these staff issues, this property is highly recommended. I hope to see it do well & the hospitality quotient is bettered by the management!

Wonderful ambience and location and excellent food quality. A special mention to Mr. Mani and Mr. Asif for their excellent service attitude. Mr. Ashok Kumar, the chef was superb.Room views are great. They have spa but creating an ambience for spa and adding light music to the spa would be great. The swimming pool needs to be temperature controlled which is not. Outdoor activities and indoor activities are there but addition of pool table for indoor games would be great. Overall the resort is extremely good and highly recommended
